The licence verification service allows Fleet Managers, HR departments, Directors, Managers and Business owners to validate the driving licence records as held by DVLA. Our checking and monitoring service applies to driver that is authorised to drive on any company business regardless of their employment status - vehicle drivers, contracted agent, employee, worker or other individual who has the use of or approval to drive a company vehicle.

Our driving licence verification process is subject to the Data Protection Act, and requires written consent from the driver by way of a signed unique driver mandate which will be issued by LICENCECHECK. Our monitoring service contributes and protection your company from work related road risk, potential prosecution under the Duty of Care Act, S.87 (2) Road Traffic Act 1988, Health and Safety and in serious cases where a fatality has taken place may be the New Corporate Manslaughter charges which came in to force during April 2008 if a driver was found to be unlicenced or revoked at that time.
