Each driver or individual must provide consent using the driver mandate consent form as below, this consent form is produced by LICENCECHECK desktop software application or web based solution  for complete simplicity when the driver details entered in to the driver database.

This consent form or similar allows the licence authority such as the DVLA or DVANI to release the driver record for checking by LICENCECHECK, which is the relase to the DLVS software application provided "FREE" by LICENCECHECK. 

LICENCECHECK does not claim to be licence authority such as the DVLA or DVANI, LICENCECHECK is an independent and commecial organisation for profit that offer this service and other driver related checking facilities such as Grey Fleet Management Services. However, LICENCECHECK does have a commercial agreements with licence authorties to enable employees tto inspect a driver record - Only individual that have provided their consent can be checked, see consent form above
