LICENCECHECK RECOMMEND RECHECKS

Employers that use our software application often use the recheck scheduler to recheck there
driver licence on a frequent basis. This allows regular monitoring of drivers licences of any employees
or driver under there control.

The frequency of checks may vary dependant on the current number of endorsement points or
high category endorsement on a driver licence once the initial check has taken place. The
example in the image below provides some guidence, but can be changed at any time.

Licence recheck is the best way of tracking changes to a licence, many things can happen during
12 months least of all the changes to the new revocation act introduced in November 2010.
 

If a driver has a history of obtaining points on a regular basis Licence Checking should be carried out.
This takes away the temptation for a driver not to disclose any points or convictions they may have
received since their original submission or driving licence copy.
